Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Window

Standard Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
In the original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Final sale items, personalized items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer service here to initiate your return or exchange.
Package your item securely in the original packaging if possible. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a sturdy box.
Include the return form (provided by customer service) inside your package.
Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we'll issue a refund instead.

Please note that you'll be responsible for any price difference if the new item costs more than the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@muslimdome.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
